Infections are the primary cause of morbidity and death in cancer patients. Global statistics have shown that psychological therapies should be provided as part of the healthcare for children with cancer in order to prevent long-term emotional and behavioral issues due to the complexity and multidimensional nature of Pediatric palliation.
